    Milena brings over a decade of experience from top U.S. banking corporations, specializing in Finance, Client Relations, and Operations. Driven by a passion for supporting the restaurant industry, she launched MDN Consulting Services in early 2023 to help restaurants not just survive but thrive. Her commitment extends beyond business as she actively volunteers and guides local entrepreneurs, sharing her extensive knowledge and resources.

    Milena earned her B.S. in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Utah. During her studies, she worked with the U.S. National Committee for UN Women, the Catholic Community of Utah, and the Asian Association of Utah. As an immigrant from Armenia, Milena is deeply committed to community engagement and making a positive impact.

    Daniel is an integral part of our team. He has a sharp eye for uncovering inefficiencies and crafting strategic solutions that drive company goals. His approach is rooted in over ten years of experience in Human Resources, Marketing and Sales, Business Development, and Operations, making him a versatile leader in business management.

    Daniel graduated from BYU in 2012 with a degree in Business Management. Despite a family legacy in architecture, he forged his path in business management, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance operational success and team productivity.
